How It Works

1. Initial Consultation

You’ll start with a free consultation so that Dave can understand your goals, challenges, and needs. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and determine if Dave is the right coach for you. Trust, open communication, and honesty are key aspects of coaching, and they come naturally when the fit between coach and client is a good one.

2. Onboarding

Dave will send you two important exercises to start your coaching journey. First, you’ll complete a MindScan Profile, which takes less than 20 minutes. The assessment is based on the work of Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Robert S. Hartman to identify an individual’s strengths and uniqueness.

Second, you’ll fill out the ProAdvisor Coach Success Questionnaire, a list of 20 questions about you, how you define success, the challenges you’re facing, and your future goals. Together, you and Dave will review the MindScan results and questionnaire in your first few sessions.

You’ll meet with Coach Dave for about an hour each week, during the first three weeks of the month. The last week of the month is your WOW week, a time to reflect on the homework Dave has assigned, read the new book that Dave has sent, and ponder where you want to go next.

4. Achieve Your Goals

You’ll have full access to ProAdvisor Drivers, a dashboard to input your goals and track your performance each week. Combined with Dave’s expert guidance, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goals. Celebrate your successes and continue to grow with ongoing support from Coach Dave Erland.
