Outside of Work
What started as a love for all things fast, Dave has since traded his private pilot’s license for a wetsuit and road bike. He has finished two full Ironman triathlons — at 58 and 60 years old! Working with motivated career professionals seeking guidance and support in setting and realizing goals for the future is Dave’s source of joy and satisfaction.
A Washingtonian for life, Dave coaches from the home he shares with his wife of more than four decades in the rural Pacific Northwest and enjoys time with his five grandkids and their growing fleet of (very) old boats they enjoy on the many lakes of Lewis County.
